ALEKS New Experience
- ALEKS has officially launched its new ALEKS experience, featuring an action-oriented dashboard and streamlined navigation.
- The updated layout puts live student status front and center, helping teachers quickly monitor progress and move between tasks more efficiently.
- Since ALEKS is known for its real-time reporting and educator insights, this update may make it easier for instructors to spot students who may need support sooner.
- Users can explore the new experience—or return to the familiar layout at any time—by clicking “Switch to New ALEKS” (or “Switch to Classic”) in the top-right corner after logging in.

ADMIN TIPS OF THE MONTH
- With many schools in the middle of spring testing season, now is a good time to double-check testing calendars, room assignments, device availability, and staff coverage. A quick mid-month review can help prevent avoidable day-of disruptions.
- If summer school, intervention programs, or fall scheduling are already being discussed, now is a great time to flag any resource gaps. Early visibility can help schools plan for staffing, materials, and platform access before timelines tighten.
- For current EdTech clients: Be sure to finalize any remaining booklist changes and updates and share them with your RGM as soon as possible. To stay on track for a May 8th booklist approval, updates should be submitted by April 13th. If you have any questions about the process or still need to make changes, now is a great time to reach out to your RGM so that we can stay on track to have your materials ready before the new school year begins.
